PROJECT OVERVIEW

Swan Hunter were awarded a contract for onshore storage and spooling of HVAC export cable for developer Elia’s Modular Offshore Grid (MOG) Project in Belgian North Sea Sector.

The product was spooled with Swan Hunter’s 1000Te Modular Carousel System, with the modular basket subsequently reloacted with SPMT’s to final storage location on site.

Swan Hunter were responsible for project management & engineering, site mobilisation, spooling operations, basket relocation, UV protection installation, and long term storage.
